Mr. Karan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have executed a settlement agreement dated 15.07.2025 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.
He states that parties have amicably resolved their disputes and therefore he has instructions to withdraw the present petitions. He states that IA No.22333/2025 and IA No.21866/2025 have been filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 CPC placing these facts on record. 3.
Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accept notice. He as well confirms the submissions of the petitioner and the due execution of the settlement agreement dated 15.07.2025.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the settlement agreement, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, without any liberty reserved.
