This petition has been filed stating that there is wilful disobedience and violation of the order dated 26th April 2024, passed by the ASJ, SouthWest District, Dwarka, New Delhi, in Criminal Revision 26/2024. By the order dated 26th April 2024, the Court of the ASJ directed framing of charges under Sections 354/341/323/395/427/506 IPC r/w Section 34 IPC, against the accused, based on the complaint filed by the petitioner. 2.

Directions were further issued for FIR to be registered under the said sections. Liberty was given to the investigating agency to add other offences based on the evidence collected. The DCP was directed to monitor the investigation and file a status report.

The ASC for the State, states on instructions that the investigation was complete and charge-sheet was filed on 21st October 2024 under Sections 448/354/323/427/506/242/34 IPC. Further proceedings are going on. It is also informed that no protest petition has been filed against the said charge. 4.

The application had been filed before the ASJ stating that monitoring of the investigation was not done as directed. However, vide order dated 07th June 2024, the ASJ noted that the FIR had been registered basis the previous order of the Court.

The petitioner has a grievance with the dismissal of his application in respect of the issue of compliance by the DCP and seeks sending a reference to the High Court to issue contempt.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that it does not need any further interference since the criminal process has already culminated in the filing of a chargesheet. 7.

Needless to say, the petitioner will be at liberty to exercise all remedies in relation to the proceedings which may ensue pursuant to the chargesheet being filed, in accordance with law. 8.

No further directions are required, at this stage. 9.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand rendered infructuous.
