At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has invited our attention to the order dated 16th April, 2026, wherein the appellant was directed to pay the cost, which he has not paid. 4.

In the backdrop of the order already being in existence and the petitioner having enjoyed the fruits under the said order, viz., the delay caused in filing of the appeal stood condoned, let the amount of costs be impleaded in the final bill of costs in the decree to be drawn.
