Pursuant to provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017, petitioner is seeking nomination in the Town Vending Committee ('TVC') under the category of 'Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)', however, respondents are yet to constitute the next TVC. 2.

As and when the next TVC is constituted, it shall be open for petitioner to apply to the same.
