% 06.03.2017 Today learned counsel for the respondent-GNCTD has handed over a photocopy of the status report dated 06th March, 2017. Along with the said report, an Inquiry Committee report dated 20th July, 2016 as well as the communication addressed to the petitioner dated 01st February, 2017 has been enclosed.

Since the petitioner‟s last and final third complaint has also been disposed of, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner‟s application dated 28th September, 2015 seeking sanction under Section 195 Cr.P.C. within a period of four weeks. A copy of the reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered AD post. This Court clarifies that it has not
