At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that due an inadvertent error by his office, certain typographical errors, which have a bearing on the outcome of the appeal, have crept in. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to assailing the judgment dated 16.10.2024, afresh by way of a fresh appeal. 2.

The appeal alongwith the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, making it clear that in case an appeal is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay.
