1. The present appeal has been filed assailing the order dated 13.11.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, District South, Saket Courts, New Delhi in HMA 1933/2024.
2. Vide the impugned order, the learned Family Court has rejected the appellant's application for waiver of one year period prescribed under the Hindu Marriage Act for filing of a petition to seek dissolution of marriage between the parties.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal and submits that the appellant will instead approach the learned Family Court after 20.04.2025 i.e., upon expiry of the one year period from the date of marriage between the parties, which was solemnized on 21.04.2024
