This application has been filed for modification of an interim order dated 09.12.2024.

When the application is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition itself with liberty to approach the Municipal Taxation Tribunal, Delhi ["the Tribunal"] against the impugned assessment and notice of demand. 3.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is taken on Board and dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
