By way of the present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 22.03.2001 passed by the learned Court of Sessions in FIR No. 346/2000 registered at Police Station Seema Puri., pursuant to which Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 were granted pre-arrest bail.

The petitioner is present in person and states that the accused have been absconding and, therefore, the order granting bail should be set aside.

It is pointed out that the accused persons have since been acquitted and the order of acquittal has also been challenged by the petitioner herein in CRL.L.P. 502/2018.

Once the accused persons have been acquitted, no order admitting the accused on bail, during the course of trial, can be set-aside.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application in the pending petition being CRL.L.P. 502/2018. 6.
