This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribunal') in O.A. No.3999/2025, titled Raju Singh v. M/o Railways. 3.
We find that the learned Tribunal in the Impugned Order has adequately protected the interest of the petitioners by stating that the result of the selection process shall be subject to the outcome of the O.A. pending adjudication before the learned Tribunal.
