The present Bail Application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner seeking Bail in FIR No. 151/2023, registered at Police Station South Campus, for the offences under Sections 302/419/468/471/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent-State submits that charge-sheet in this case has been filed on 17.05.2024 and one prosecution witness has been examined.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to file fresh Bail Application subsequent upon recording of evidence of public witnesses by the Trial Court.
