By way of the present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 1009/2024 dated 07.12.2024, registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar West, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 20(C) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Aditya Aggarwal, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the learned Special Court afresh at an appropriate stage. Needless to state, any such application, if filed, shall be considered by the learned Special Court on its own merits, in accordance with law, and at such stage as may be deemed appropriate by the said Court. 3.
