By the present petition, the petitioner challenges the Order dated 07.08.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 1087/2025, titled Mukesh Yadav v. M/o Railways, whereby the learned Tribunal has rejected the petitioner prayer for interim directions seeking release of his pensionary dues. 3.

relatable to the main relief itself and, therefore, cannot be granted at an interim stage.

We see no reasons to differ with this view. However, as the matters involves release of pension, we request the learned Tribunal, to take up the O.A., for hearing on the next date of hearing without granting any adjournment to either of the parties. 5.

This petition, along with applications, is disposed of in above terms.
