By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"A). quash the impugned FIRs No. 70/2025 dated 22.05.2025 FIR No. 0080 dated 25.06.2025, FIR No.105 dated 02.09.2025, FIR NO.116 dated 18.09.2025 U/S 316(2)/316(5)/318(4)/336(3)/338/340(2)/341(1) /61(2) BNS PS-Economic Offences Wing , qua the present Petitioner AND/OR B) quash all the subsequent proceedings arising out of the said F.I.R ....."

The petitioner has filed the present application seeking to withdraw CRL.M.C. 8134/2025 with liberty to file separate petitions seeking quashing of each of the FIRs. facts which were not placed before this Court in the captioned petition. 3.

In view of the above, the application is allowed, and CRL.M.C. 8134/2025, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

CRL.M.A. 16730/2026 thus stands disposed of.

The date already fixed in the matter, i.e., 09.07.2026, stands cancelled.

It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated upon the rights and contentions of the parties.
