These Petitions have been filed seeking quashing of the FIR bearing no. 121/2017 dated 05.03.2017 registered u/s 498A/406/34 IPC, FIR bearing Nos.
60/2017 and 58/2017 dated 03.02.2017 registered u/s 323/354/354B/506/S09/34 IPC, at P.S. Shahbad Dairy, Delhi and all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of the Settlement dated 12.11.2025.

Essentially, the genesis of the three FIRs is the matrimonial disputes to which FIR No. 121/2017 registered under Section 498A/406/34 IPC pertains. The other two FIR Nos. 60/2017 and 58/2017 was an offshoot in regard to an incident which happened on 03.02.2017 and are the cross-FIRs. All the parties are present in Court today and they have amicably settled all the disputes in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 12.11.2025. The Complainant has died on 10.03.2021 and on her behalf, the matter has been compromised by her father and brothers.
