The present petition under Section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Call for the record of eviction petition bearing no. E50712022 titled as 'Sh. Pradeep & Others Versus Sh. DinaNath Mittal' from the court of Ld. A.R.C.-01, (Central District), TisHazari Courts, Delhi;

b) To set aside the impugned order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the Court of Sh. Rupinder Singh Dhiman, A.R.C.-01, (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in the aforesaid matter and dismiss the eviction petition;

c) To award the cost of the petition throughout, in favour of the petitioner;

d) Any other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent."

Court observed as under:- "2. However learned counsel for the tenant seeks, and is granted, a period of two weeks, as a last opportunity, for seeking appropriate instructions in terms of para 9 of the said order dated 17.11.2025."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject premises has been vacated by the latter and the key of the same has been handed over to the respondent no.3, who is present in Court today. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
