The present contempt petition under Section 2(b) read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been preferred by the petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 16th July, 2024 passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court in CM Appl.39645/2024 in W.P.(C) No.14673/2021 wherein the respondent-Nav Jagriti CGHS Ltd., through its President was directed to decide the application dated 15th June, 2024 filed by the petitioner seeking his substitution in place of his deceased wife (Urmila @ Suman) and issuance of requisite Share Certificate in his favour, in accordance with law, within six weeks.

Respondent herein is the President of the Nav Jagriti CGHS Ltd. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that yesterday, i.e. on 8th January, 2025, he received a reply from the respondent-Society, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. wherein it is stated that vide order dated 13th December, 2024 passed by the respondent-Society, the application dated 15th June, 2024 filed by petitioner has already been decided in terms of the directions passed vide aforesaid order dated 16th July, 2024. In view of the same, it is prayed that the present contempt petition may be disposed of as nothing is left now for further adjudication.

In the light of the order dated 13th December, 2024 passed by the respondent-Society, nothing is left now for further adjudication.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
