The present petition has been filed under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail in connection with e-FIR No. 80068268/2024 registered under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station New Ashok Nagar.

This Court vide order dated 09.12.2024 granted interim protection to the petitioner subject to the condition that he shall join investigation as and when called by the Investigating Officer (hereinafter "IO"). The interim protection so granted has continued till date. 3.
Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated therein. It is further submitted that the IO does not wish to arrest the petitioner. 4.

bail sought in the present petition is hereby granted. 5.
In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount subject to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/Trial Court concerned, further subject to following conditions: i.
Petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.
ii.
Petitioner shall intimate the learned Trial Court by way of an affidavit and to the IO regarding any change in residential address. iii.
Petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.
iv.
Petitioner shall join investigation as and when called by the IO concerned.
v.
Petitioner will not try to influence the witnesses in any manner. vi.
Petitioner shall provide his mobile number to the IO and intimate about any change.

It is clarified that nothing stated herein shall be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
