Since this Court no longer has pecuniary jurisdiction, all the pending applications will have to be decided by the concerned jurisdictional court.

An Office Order dated 24.11.2015 has been issued by Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, whereby ordinary suits which are not commercial matters having pecuniary jurisdiction up to the value of rupees two crores cannot be tried by this Court and commercial matters up to the CS(OS) No.1719/2012

value of rupees one crore cannot be tried by this Court. Accordingly, this suit is transferred for decision to the jurisdictional Court under the District & Sessions Judge (South) Saket Courts, New Delhi Delhi. 3.

Let parties appear before the District & Sessions Judge (South) Saket Courts, New Delhi on 17th March, 2016. Suit file be made available to the District & Sessions Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi on the date fixed.

Copy of the order dated 27.5.2015 alongwith the original letter of Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.N. Dhingra (retired) dated 19.3.2015 and subsequent orders passed after 27.5.2015 will be made into a separate CCP file and the same will be kept in this Court for being decided in accordance with law. Registry is directed to make a separate file of the CCP by giving it a fresh CCP number and thereafter the original file be sent with the pending applications to the concerned jurisdictional court. 5.
