% 21.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 25th February, 2016, therefore, FIR No. 176/2016 under Sections 452/323/289/34 IPC registered at Police Station Govind Puri on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. It is submitted that respondent no. 3 is minor son of respondent no. 2 and is being represented by his father, that is, respondent no. 2.

A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel ensued between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 on some trivial issue, which led to registration of the present FIR. Petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are

neighbours. Respondent nos. 2 and 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Sunil Kumar, P.S. Govind Puri. Respondent nos. 2 and 4 admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and are not willing to pursue the FIR any further, therefore, the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the fact that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 are the neighbours and have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 176/2016 under Sections 452/323/289/34 IPC registered at Police Station Govind Puri, whch is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
