This petition has been filed, seeking quashing of FIR No. 461/2021, under Sections 354B/323/341/506/34 IPC, P.S. Neb Sarai, basis settlement arrived at, between the parties.

Petitioner Nos.1-3 and respondent No.2/complainant are present in Court and are duly identified by the IO.

Respondent No.2 has filed an affidavit stating that they have settled their disputes and that she has no objection to the quashing of the said FIR. Respondent No.2 also confirms the same position, being personally present. 4.
It is also stated that petitioners and respondent No.2 are relatives and it was a private dispute between the parties. 5.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 461/2021, under Sections 354B/323/341/506/34 IPC, PS Neb Sarai and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
