CM No. 7037/2020 This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 19.07.2016 passed by this Court in the above appeal. The order dated 19.07.2016 was passed on the asking of the learned senior counsel for the appellant herself, who was present in Court and granting two and half years to the appellant to vacate the suit premises. The application states that the modification of the said order is prayed for as the appellant has now learnt that the respondent had transferred the suit property to one Shri. Ahad Khan vide Registered Sale Deed dated 21.10.2010 during the course of the litigation. I do not see this to be a ground for modification of the consent order dated 19.07.2016. The application is dismissed.
