ARB.P. 1967/2024 This Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate on the disputes which have arisen between the parties. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that certain important dates and events have been omitted in the list of dates and in the body of the Petition which demonstrate as to how the claim of the Petitioner is still alive and subsisting.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition with better particulars.
