Respondent submits that while reserving their rights to challenge order dated 7th November, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) 14884/2024, it will be ensured that the directions, contained in the above said order, are duly complied within a period of 6 weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the above said statement and assurance, at the moment the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the contempt petition.

He, however, seek liberty to revive the petitions in case nothing happens despite the expiry a period of 6 weeks.

The petitions stand disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
