At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the representation has been decided and decision has also been communicated to the petitioner informing her that representation has been dismissed. It is submitted that petitioner would, therefore, file a substantive petition challenging the aforesaid decision taken by the respondent. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that in view of aforesaid subsequent development, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with her present contempt petition.

In view of the aforesaid, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed in aforesaid terms.
