This application seeks grant of pre-arrest bail in proceedings emanating from FIR No.

560/2025 registered under Sections 319(2)/318(2)/338/336(3)/340/61(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at P.S. Shahbad Dairy.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the Applicant has since been arrested.

On instructions, he states that he would like withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications are also disposed of.
