The petitioner has sought issuance of mandamus to the respondents to repost and transfer him to his hometown at Delhi. Learned counsel for respondents at the outset submits that the writ petition is not maintainable against the respondent no. 1, which is a private entity. It is further pointed out by learned counsel that the petitioner has concealed vital facts and even otherwise, in Calcutta also, there are competent and rather much cheaper medical facilities for son of the petitioner.
