Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 04.06.2024 whereby her request for transfer of the case to some other Court has been declined. 2.

However, at the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is subsequent development and now the suit in question has been transferred to some other Court and, therefore, petitioner does not press the present petition since her grievance has already been taken care of. 3.
