At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the directions given by the learned Division Bench on 27.09.2024 in WP(C) 13648/2024, the respondent has already sent them a communication about the decision of representation in question. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, the present contempt petition does not survive anymore and, therefore, she does not press the present petition. 3.
