Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and states that the active steps are already underway and a meeting had also taken place on 06.12.2024. He has also placed on record the minutes of such meeting. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
It is submitted that the vending plan is a very exhaustive exercise but despite that in terms of the specific directions given by learned Division Bench of this Court on 12.09.2024, every effort is being made to complete the process as expeditiously as possible. 3.
After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition at the CONT.CAS(C) 1952/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
