This is a petition filed under Section 11 seeking appointment of a Presiding Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes between the parties. 2.

The petitioner and the respondents both have appointed their Nominee Arbitrator from the SAROD Panel.

Mr. Airi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the Presiding Arbitrator be appointed by the Court. 4.

No reply has been filed by the respondents.

For the said reasons, I am inclined to allow the petition. 6.

Mr. Justice Talwant Singh, (Retd. Judge, Delhi High Court) (Mobile No. 9910384653) who is the SAROD Panel is appointed as the Presiding Arbitrator.
