The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

The order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal on 13th October, 2025 reflects that arguments have been concluded in the arbitral proceedings. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate had otherwise expired on 6th November, 2025.

In view of the above, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of four (4) months from 6th November, 2025. 5.
