This is an application filed under section 528 of BNSS seeking withdrawal of the regular bail application.

Mr. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already preferred a bail application before the learned sessions court. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the bail application being BAIL APPLN. 4525/2024 with liberty to pursue the bail application filed before the learned sessions court.

Issue notice. Ms. Dalal, learned APP accepts notice and has no objection to the application being allowed.
