Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt against the respondents as they have not complied with the directions contained in the Order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.6034 of 2024.

The attention of this Court has been drawn towards the order dated 06.11.2023 passed by learned Central Information Commission (CIC) and also the directions contained in paragraph no.10 and 12 of the above said order passed by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court. 3.

through VC and submits that the process is underway and the entire information, after necessary collation, shall be supplied to the petitioner within six weeks from today. He submits that the statement is on the basis of the instructions he has received from the respondents. Such statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the time sought by the respondent is beyond the time given by the learned CIC but, in view of the above said statement, the petitioner, at the moment, does not press his contempt petition. He, however, submits that in case, despite the expiry period of six weeks from today, the directions are not complied with, the petitioner may be permitted to revive the present petition. 5.

The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
