The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: "a) Initiate the Contempt proceedings against the Respondents/Contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying and breach of settlement-agreement order dated 24.08.2023 before the mediation Centre bearing case no. CS (Commercial)/257/202 l Gaurav Chadda vs Ranjeet Chaudhary in the court of Sh. Brijesh Kumar Garg, Ld District Judge (Commercial Court-01). Shahdara, KKD Courts. Delhi.
b) Pass any other and/or further orders/directions/reliefs which this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of Petitioner and against of the Respondent/Contemnor in the paramount interest of justice." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and in view of the same, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
