The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent no. 1/ Bar Council of Delhi and respondent no. 2/ Disciplinary Committee-III, Bar Council of Delhi to transfer the disciplinary proceedings emanating from Complaint no.232 of 2024 in terms of section 36B(1) of the Advocates Act, 1961, from respondent no.2 to respondent no.3/Bar Council of India.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the disciplinary proceedings qua the complaint of the petitioner, has been transferred to Bar Council of India.

This redresses the primary grievance of the petitioner canvassed in the present petition.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in the event of any further action accruing in future.
