Learned counsel representing the Petitioners, after arguing for some time and upon realizing that the Petitioners may like to challenge the order passed in the Contempt Petition, prays for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh one in order to challenge the order, if any, passed in the Contempt Petition.
