% 29.07.2016 Petitioner no.1 is sister in law (brother's wife) of respondent no.2. Petitioner no.2 is brother of respondent no.2. Present FIR was registered on the complaint of respondent no.2.

Various other litigations, initiated by and between the family members against each other were pending in different courts, details whereof have been mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 31st May, 2016, arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Respondent no.2 is a lawyer by profession.

He is present in person and admits that all the matters have been settled before the mediation centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 31st May, 2016. Photocopy of the

Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. Respondent no.2 has joined the petitioners, in making a request for quashing of the present FIR, in view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind the above facts, the FIR No.214/2016 under Sections 323/341/308/34 IPC registered at police station Hauz Khas on the complaint of respondent no.2 is quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
