After concluding arguments on the issues involved in the present petition, learned senior counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, he shall make a fresh representation before the respondent nos.2 and 3 addressing the Hon'ble Speaker, Delhi Secretariat, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi within the period of one week. 2.

fairly submits that, upon receipt thereof, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter, after according a hearing to the petitioner, if required. 3.

Needless to say, it shall be open for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings, including before this Court, if required, pursuant to the aforesaid developments.

It is clarified that the respondents shall not give effect to the letter dated 27.06.2025, as also the eviction order dated 07.11.2025 till the outcome of the aforesaid representation by the respondent nos.2 and 3. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, alongwith the pending application(s), is disposed of.
