IA No.5485/2018 (of the plaintiff under Section 151 of the CPC). 3.

The plaintiff/applicant, perhaps dissatisfied with the early disposal of the suit, continues to file application after application in the disposed of suit. Though earlier application being IA No.14344/2017 for preparation of the decree sheet was dismissed with stringent comments, now this application has been filed for direction to the SDM of the area where the property is situated to expedite the valuation.

Such applications in this disposed of suit are not maintainable. The plaintiff/applicant, instead of doing his own homework, finds it easier to file application in this Court and blaming the Authorities, without even taking requisite steps with the Authorities concerned. Dismissed.
