This is a joint Application filed by the Parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

The Parties have settled their disputes and entered into a settlement agreement on 04.08.2023, which is annexed as Document A to the said Application ("Settlement Agreement"). The Settlement Agreement is taken on record.

The Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the Parties. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly. 4.

The Parties are directed to be bound by the Terms of the Settlement as recorded in the Settlement Agreement.

The Suit is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending Applications also stand disposed of.
