The present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984, assails the correctness of the Order dated 29.07.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in HMA 956/2024. By way of the Impugned Order, the learned Family Court has dismissed the Application of the Appellant under Order VII Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, seeking return of plaint on the ground of Territorial Jurisdiction. 2.

Learned counsel for the Appellant admits that the Appellant has not suffered any prejudice by the entertainment of the Petition by the learned Family Court (South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi). 3.

the Courts at Dwarka on the ground that territorial jurisdiction vests in the Courts at Patiala House.

The learned Family Court has examined this aspect and found no substance in the application filed by the Appellant. 5.

Hence, no ground to interfere is made out and the present Appeal is dismissed.
