Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of FIR No. 157/2011 dated 17.04.2011, registered under Sections 341, 452, 354, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mandawali, Delhi, and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of Memorandum of Settlement dated 30.07.2025.

As per the Charge sheet, the Petitioners and the Respondents are neighbours and had a certain fight.

Considering it is an old case of 2011, parties have been residing amicably in terms of the settlement dated 30.07.2025, and there have been no dispute since then, FIR No. 157/2011 dated 17.04.2011, registered under Sections 341, 452, 354, and 34 IPC at Police Station Mandawali, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 4.
