The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent to consider and decide the regularization application vide File th No. 27 dated 29 October, 2025, as filed by the petitioner in respect of the property bearing Khasra No. 132/2, 205 square yards, Village Wazirabad, Near Biodiversity Park, Delhi-110084, in accordance with law. 2.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the respondentMunicipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), who confirms the fact that regularization application has been received by the respondent-MCD. 3.

Accordingly, MCD is directed to consider and decide the regularization application of the petitioner in a time bound manner, within four weeks from today.

At the time of consideration of the application for regularization of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be called for hearing and proper directions The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. shall be passed after considering the reply and documents submitted by the petitioner.

The petitioner shall comply with all the directions issued by the MCD, including, removal of any excess coverage and non-compoundable deviations.

In case, the directions passed by the respondent-MCD are not complied by the petitioner for removal of non-compoundable deviations and excess coverage, the MCD shall be at liberty to take action in accordance with law.

It is further directed that during the pendency of the regularization application, no coercive action shall be taken against the property of the petitioner.

Needless to state that in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the MCD, the petitioner is at liberty to seek remedies in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
