% 21.01.2019 Mr. Anil Bhusan, Director of the plaintiff company is present in Court along with his counsel and he submits that the defendants have sold the suit property in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th October, 2018 and they have paid Rs.45 lakhs to the plaintiff in full and final settlement. Learned counsel for the defendants confirms the statement of the plaintiff to be correct.

The suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th October, 2018. Pending application is disposed of. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the court fee. Since the matter has been resolved through mediation, the Registry is directed to issue certificate for refund of the entire court fee to the plaintiff. Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for both the parties under signatures of the Court Master. J.R. MIDHA, J.
