The present petition under Section 2(b) read with Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(i) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent for wilful disobedience and non-compliance with the Impugned order/Judgment dated 11.9.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 17458/2022 titled `Ashu Kumar Gupta vs. New Delhi Municipal Council &Anr.' and punish tile Respondent in respect thereof in accordance with law;

(ii) Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that LPA no. 698/2025 has been preferred on behalf of the respondents, wherein the learned Division Bench has stayed the operation of the order dated 11.09.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 17458/2022, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. 4.
