The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "i. Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, or order directing the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to release the entire balance amount as on date in the Petitioner's PF Account bearing PF Code DLCM00231890000000007 and have the same transferred to the Petitioner's account being HDFC Bank Account No. 0031050136792 which is linked to the Petitioner's PF Account, without prejudice to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. rights and contentions of the Petitioner;

ii. Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, or order directing the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to decide the Petitioner's Grievance and Representation dated 11.01.2024 in accordance with law & pass a reasoned and speaking order within 7 days; & iii. Pass such further order(s) or grant relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, does not wish to press prayer (ii) in the present petition. 5.

So far as prayer (i) in the present petition is concerned, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 submits that the latter shall fill the exit date in the EPFO portal, in order to facilitate the release of provident fund amount to the petitioner.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 7.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with the direction that respondent no. 3 shall fill the exit date on the EPFO portal within a period of one week, in order to ensure that the provident fund amount is released to the petitioner. 9.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 10.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 11.
