% 12.01.2016 Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at Mehrauli which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District South, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case alongwith connected suit i.e. CS(OS) 2521/2007 stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi.

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 26.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
