The present appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 374 of Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order on sentence dated 02nd May, 2008 and 19th May, 2008 respectively, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Session Case No. 654/2006 arising out of FIR No. 381/2006 registered at Police Station Gokul Puri under Sections 376/452/323/506 IPC. 3.
The Appellant was convicted under Sections 452/342/376/506(1) IPC.
