1. Upon being mentioned, these matters are taken on Board.

2. The order dated 19th January 2017 shall stand corrected as under: "1. It is not in dispute that the steps for constituting the Arbitral

Tribunal („AT‟) under the aegis of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre („SIAC‟) have already been taken by both the parties by nominating their respective arbitrators who, are yet to decide the name of the third arbitrator.

2. It will be open to the parties to seek interim relief from the AT to be constituted under the aegis of SIAC. The interim order dated 15th March 2016 passed in OMP (I) (COMM) 79 of 2016 and the interim order dated 30th March 2016 passed in OMP (I) (COMM) 99 of 2016 are directed to continue for a period of four weeks from the date of constitution of the AT in order to enable the parties to activate the process of seeking interim relief before SIAC.

3. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contention of the parties.

4. Both the petitions are disposed of accordingly."
